Build a product

Web application development, fast and usable on every screen.

Web applications and platforms: customer portals, dashboards and marketing sites that do real work. React and Next.js on the front end, from first prototype to production. Accessible from the first screen, owned entirely by you, with a working demo every two weeks.

Sound familiar?

The problems this solves.

Slow on the phones people actually use

The site feels fine on the office laptop and crawls on a mid-range phone over mobile data. Visitors who won’t wait for it go straight back to the search results.

Customers ringing for things a portal should do

Checking an order, downloading an invoice, updating an address. Your team answers the same calls and emails every day because the self-service option is confusing, or missing.

Reports rebuilt from exports every week

Someone downloads a few spreadsheets, pastes them together and emails a chart. By the time anyone reads it, the numbers are already out of date.

A web app that breaks with every change

It grew one rushed feature at a time. There are no tests, small fixes take weeks, and the person who understood it has moved on.

What you get

Concrete things, not adjectives.

Web apps and customer portals

Sign-in, accounts and permissions, and the screens your customers and staff use to get things done without picking up the phone.

Dashboards your team will use

Live views of the numbers that matter, pulled straight from your systems, so nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet every Monday.

Marketing sites that lead somewhere

Enquiry forms that reach the right person, calculators, catalogues and ordering routes — pages that move a visitor to the next step, not just describe you.

Mobile-first, accessible screens

Every screen designed at phone width first, then widened. Keyboard navigation, readable colour contrast, clear form errors and proper labels for screen readers are checked as we build.

A performance pass before launch

Before launch we measure the pages that matter most and trim whatever slows the first screen, so the site feels quick where your customers are.

Tested code in your repository

Automated browser tests, readable code and written documentation, all in your repository from day one. Production runs in your own cloud accounts.

How an engagement runs

A demo every two weeks. No six-month silences.

Most projects start with a short, fixed-price discovery and move in two-week sprints you can stop, pause or extend.

What happens

We sit with your users, your constraints and your numbers. Then architecture, scope, and the honest version of what fits your timeline — including the parts we would cut.

What you get

A scoped plan with a real budget, a technical architecture you own, and a working prototype of whichever part carries the most risk.

A good fit when

  • Customers or staff need to do something on your site, not just read it.
  • Your current site or web app is slow, hard to change or awkward on a phone.
  • You want a codebase in widely used tools, so your own developers can take it over later.
  • You would rather see working software every two weeks than wait for a big reveal.

Probably not the right fit when

  • You need a handful of pages that rarely change, with no forms or logic behind them. A good website builder will probably serve you better, and we will say so.
  • Your customers will use it often and rely on the phone itself: notifications, the camera, location or working with poor signal. Start with mobile app development instead.

One home for a busy biriyani kitchen — the menu, the story, the gallery and the events calendar in one place, with ordering that opens WhatsApp or rings the shop directly. Built mobile-first, because that is where a hungry customer actually is.

Questions

Web Development: your questions.

Do you build marketing websites, or only web apps?

Both, when the site has a job to do beyond describing you. Our project for Dancing Chef Biriyani is a mobile-first restaurant website with WhatsApp and click-to-call ordering, catering enquiries with a stated delivery radius, and separate franchise and careers enquiry routes. Each one sends a visitor straight to the right next step.

How do you make sure the site is fast?

We test on a mid-range phone over mobile data, not only on a fast office connection. Before launch there is a performance pass covering page weight, images and what loads first. Then we watch the first weeks of real traffic alongside you, as part of post-launch support sized to your stage.

How do you handle accessibility?

As part of how we build every screen, not as a check at the end. Keyboard navigation, colour contrast, clear form errors and labels for screen readers are worked on as each screen is built, because fixing them later means rework. If you have a particular accessibility standard to meet, tell us during discovery and we will plan the work around it.

Can you take over an existing web app?

Often, yes. We start by reading the code and running it, then tell you plainly what is worth keeping, what needs fixing first and whether a rebuild makes sense. That review happens in discovery, so you know where you stand before any sprint begins.

Why React and Next.js?

They are widely used and well supported, so your own developers — or whoever you hire next — can pick the code up without learning something unusual. Next.js can build pages on the server, so the content is already in the page when it arrives. It shows sooner, and search engines can read it without waiting to run JavaScript. If something simpler fits your project better, we will tell you during discovery.

How long does a web application take to build?

A focused first release is usually six to twelve weeks, after a discovery of one to two weeks. You see a working demo at the end of every two-week sprint, and you can re-scope between sprints as you learn from real users.
