Launch an idea
Shape it, test it and build the first version people can use.
Services
Seven services, one team. Start with the problem you have — launching an idea, building a product, adding AI or scaling what works — and we'll bring the right people to it.
Start from what you need
Pick the one that sounds most like you. Each service page explains the problems it solves, what you get, and who it suits.
Shape it, test it and build the first version people can use.
Web and mobile products that real people use every day.
Practical AI inside the systems you already run.
Infrastructure, testing and support that keep you moving.
How we play
Most engagements start with a short, fixed-price discovery, then move in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each.
We learn your users, your constraints and your numbers before writing a line of code.
You get: A one-page problem statement and the riskiest assumption, named.
Architecture, scope and a realistic plan you can hold us to. Fixed goals, flexible route.
You get: A scoped plan, a real budget and an architecture you own.
Two-week cycles with a working demo at the end of every one. You always see the score.
You get: Working software every two weeks, in your own repository.
Launch, measure, iterate. We stay on for support because shipping is not the finish line.
You get: A security-reviewed launch, handover and support sized to your stage.
We learn the game before we play it
What happens
We sit with your users, your constraints and your numbers. Then architecture, scope, and the honest version of what fits your timeline — including the parts we would cut.
What you get
A scoped plan with a real budget, a technical architecture you own, and a working prototype of whichever part carries the most risk.
A demo at the end of every sprint
What happens
Design and engineering run together rather than in sequence. Every sprint closes with something you can click — never a status report standing in for progress.
What you get
A product growing in front of you, written status every week, and a direct line to the engineers writing the code.
We stay on past the launch party
What happens
A security review, a performance pass, and a handover your team can actually act on. Then we watch the first weeks of real traffic alongside you.
What you get
Production infrastructure in your accounts, documentation and training, and a support arrangement sized to your stage.
What makes us different
Before designing screens or writing code, we understand what you are solving, who you are solving it for, and what success should look like.
Every feature has a purpose. We help you prioritise what matters, remove unnecessary complexity, and create a roadmap that keeps your product focused.
We design around how people actually think, behave, and interact — not how a product looks on paper.
No unnecessary tech stack. We choose the right tools and architecture for your product, budget, timeline, and future growth.
Before you ask
It depends on scope, and we would rather tell you honestly than quote a number that changes later. Most engagements start with a short, fixed-price discovery — usually one to two weeks — which ends with a scoped plan and a real budget. From there we work in sprints you can stop, pause or extend.
A focused MVP is usually six to twelve weeks. Larger platforms run longer, but the rhythm never changes: two-week sprints, a working demo at the end of every one, and no six-month silence before you see something.
Both, often on the same project. Technical founders get an engineering peer who will argue about the architecture. Non-technical founders get plain English, a clear view of what is being built, and no one hiding behind jargon.
We scope to the runway you actually have. That usually means an MVP narrow enough to prove the idea, phased so each stage produces something demonstrable to users or investors — and an architecture that will not have to be thrown away when the funding lands.
Yes, and often that is where we start. Product roadmap, technology choices, scalability planning and market context are all part of the work. Building the wrong thing quickly is not a win.
You do. The repository is yours from the first day, and production runs in your own cloud accounts. When we hand over, nothing stays locked behind us.
